With an LL.M in Business Laws and over 15 years of extensive experience in both litigation and non-litigation sectors, she brings valuable expertise to her role as partner at the firm.
Her legal career began in 2009 upon enrolling with the Karnataka Bar Council, where she has since dedicated herself to delivering comprehensive legal services. Initially focusing on non-litigation tasks such as contract drafting, property title verification, and handling litigation including cheque bounce and property disputes, she quickly advanced her career.
A significant milestone in her professional journey came with her tenure at a multinational corporation (MNC). Here, she managed company formations, dissolutions, international cases, and complex contracts, showcasing her adeptness in navigating cross-border legal challenges. Her responsibilities also included executing foreign awards, further demonstrating her expertise.
Since 2016, she has operated independently as a partner at Prime Legal, leading a team of associates. During this period, she has successfully handled over 300 cases encompassing company-related matters, civil disputes, commercial issues, corporate law, matrimonial cases, and criminal law. She has specialized in handling quash petitions under Section 482 of the CrPC at the High Court of Karnataka. Her clientele ranges from small proprietorships and firms across different Indian states to global corporations.

2009-2024Career
The changing legislation introduces new challenges for implementation which attorneys must be aware of.
1. Prime Legal – Partner (February 2016 – Present)
a. Effectively civil, criminal and corporate cases with more than 200+ clients.
b. Contracts: – Drafting, vetting and negotiating various contracts and agreements such as partnership deeds, sale agreements, lease deeds, release deeds, non-disclosure agreements, Software development and related agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, franchisee agreements, legal notices, board resolutions, Special Power of Attorneys and General Power of Attorney, affidavits, company policy and corporate policies in line with the Indian laws.
c. Cases handling:- Leading the matters pending before the Hon’ble NCLT, Civil & Commercial Court, Arbitration cases, Consumer court, and High Court regarding various business litigation, based on private complaints/criminal cases for e-commerce startups and cyber-crime/ corporate. Bail and quash petitions before the High Court of Karnataka.
d. Nature of issues handling on a day-to-day basis:- due diligence on property title, due diligence for M&A, handling cases on consumer disputes, cheque bounce, injunction suits, declaration suits, service agreements, referral agreements, leasing and hire agreements, various claims pertaining to the medical negligence, arbitration and mediation and compromise/ settlement agreements in business matters.
